Return Policy

We want our customers to be 100% satisfied. We carry only top quality products and we want you to shop in complete confidence. Refunds and replacements are extended on returns within 30 days of your order shipping date. All defective products or products damaged during shipping are returnable. We will gladly replace these items with new ones in a timely manner.

When returning a product, you must contact Accessible Design to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). An exchange credit will be applied. This exchange credit will be valid up to 6 months after issue.

Due to the rehabilitation and hygiene nature of our products, many of our products are non-returnable for health and safety reasons. Hygiene items such as bed and relaxation, bath safety, shower curtains, toilevators, cushions, pillows, and rehab items such as uplift seat assist, are not returnable. Items that are not returnable are indicated in the product description.

Claims for shortages, breakages, manufacturer defects or any other reason must be made within 48 hours of receipt. Shipping containers must be kept if shipment is damaged or short.

All returns must be labeled with a Return Merchandise Authorization number. The item must be returned in “same as new” condition and in the original packaging. If the item has been scratched, damaged, dirty or otherwise un-saleable we can’t accept a return on the item.

No item will be accepted for return after 30 days from the date of delivery.

All returns that are not related to a manufacturer defect or shipping damage are subject to a restocking fee of up to 30%. The customer is responsible for shipping charges incurred both ways. Shipping costs are non refundable.

Items that are custom made or modified to your specifications are not returnable. All curtains are made to order and are non-returnable.

For orders placed from countries outside the United States, the customer will be contacted and charged an additional shipping fee (shipping prices on our web site are for U.S. domestic-based orders only).

Cancellation Charges:
Orders may be cancelled free of charge providing they are received prior to shipment.

All confirmed (paid) orders that subsequently cancel are subject to a $25 administrative fee.
