UCLA Staff Member Thank You Letter

It is nice to get letter like this one. It shows that we are doing our job correctly.
This letter was a staff member at UCLA thanking them for the referral to us from their “approved” vendor list. 

In addition to the Iron Railing installed outside we also installed the following items inside the customer’s house:

1 toilet spacer

8 grab bars

1 fold down grab bar

Tapped down 2 area rugs

Non-slip strips in the master bedroom shower
